Mr. Mobosiolaoluwa, D.Sc. (candidate), is the Founder and Principal Strategist of TallHouse Government Solutions, a federally certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Minority-Owned enterprise. A U.S. Navy veteran with six years of service, including deployment to the Middle East, he brings operational discipline, strategic foresight, and technical precision to every engagement.

TallHouse delivers secure, scalable, and compliance-driven solutions in cybersecurity, enterprise systems, secure communications, SOC design, and training services for federal agencies including the Veterans Administration, HHS, and DoD. Under Bosiola’s leadership, the company has become a trusted partner for agencies seeking audit-ready infrastructure and mission-aligned modernization.

Bosiola holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity Policy and Management and a Bachelor’s in Computer Networking and Cybersecurity, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity Business Intelligence and IT Policy Management at Marymount University. His certifications include CompTIA Security+, Network+, CASP+ (2025), eMASS, and multiple Agile and Scrum designations. He maintains an Active Secret Clearance and is TS/SCI eligible.
